Dstar Gateway Daemons


There are 4 Main Applications to the D-Star Gateway Server.

dsipsvd

This program is in charge of database replication between the Trust Server, and Each Gateway, As of this writing, average sync times is 20~30 minutes per gateway.


dsgwd

This program handles all callsign routing between gateways


dstarmon

This program reports to dstarusers when a user keys up the rptr, Regardless of RPT2 setting on there radio. , this program is also responsable for gateing D-GPS Data into the APRS-IS Network


dplus

This program enables gateways to be softlinked via Reflectors, and enables "Dongle" Users access to local systems. , this program also collects usuage information on every transmission, and along with dongle ip information via a master "Collection" Server, no information is availble on who has access, or what this information can be used for.. you can view a "Sample" of the data here: NJ6N's Dplusmon
